That...I can't believe the pasta was overcooked. That should be enough to throw away the dish. The only reason I say that is because on Chopped all Scott Conant does is criticize overcooked pasta. Of course he most likely wasn't in the kitchen or even in NYC when you ate but still a restaurant of that caliber shouldn't really be overcooking pasta.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
