Music Monday: I Apologize

I ate at Ayada Thai in Elmhurst last night. Every time I've been, the restaurant's music selection has been a little strange. A typical song is Sixpence None the Richer's cover of Crowded House's only hit "Don't Dream It's Over."

This damn song is stuck in my head-- it is pretty good though (the chorus at least).

Go to Ayada, listen to your favorite 80's song and have a great Music Monday!

  1. Honestly? Love it. Though Steve will tell you I've never been known for my taste in music...

But one of my favorite quotes comes from the lyrics of this song: "But you'll never reach the end of the road while you're traveling with me."

And "try to catch the deluge in a paper cup"? That's just poetic.

  2. Deluge in a paper cup? I never caught that line, but that's awesome. I was obnoxiously singing the chorus the whole ride home (and all day today).
